He was born in Haryana and spent most of his childhood in Delhi. Sanjeev started in the hospitality industry in 1984 with a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Pusa, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition,New Delhi.

Chef Ranveer Brar was the youngest executive chef at the age of 25 to have ever worked with a five-star hotel in India. At present, he is the senior executive chef at the Novotel Mumbai, Juhu Beach and is also overseeing the Dosa Factory and Shalimar in Cambridge, as well as Mantra in Boston.
CHEF VIKAS KHANNA
Born in Amritsar, India to Davinder and Bindu Khanna, their 2nd child.Khanna was born with misaligned legs and feet and wasn't able to run until he was 13. He was inspired by his grandmother who loved to cook, and her kitchen became a part of his foundational training.He has an elder brother, Nishant Khanna, and a younger sister, Radhika Khanna
